Acceptance of Terms

By using the Fuel Wrangler platform, website, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including fleet managers, drivers, and administrators.

Services Description

Fuel Wrangler provides fuel spend aggregation, pricing analysis, fleet card services, and related software tools. Savings estimates are based on historical data and are not guaranteed. Actual results vary by fleet size, routes, and market conditions.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including driver usage of Wrangler Cards.

Fees and Payments

Pricing is described in your account agreement or service order. For savings-share accounts, fees are calculated on verified savings delivered. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days written notice.

Card Terms

Wrangler Cards are subject to separate cardholder agreements provided at issuance. Card issuance and acceptance are subject to network terms. Fuel Wrangler is not responsible for network outages or stop-level acceptance issues.

Limitation of Liability

Fuel Wrangler is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach, fraud, or misuse. Upon termination, you retain access to your historical data for 90 days.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Salt Lake County, Utah.
